heres what you need, whatever amount of ground beef you plan on makin, at least one quarter of a stout beer per burger, eoungh garlic seaoning to cover half the burger while cookin, pepper( usually about an eighth of a teaspoon.) and 4 drops of tobasco per burger. try it and enjoy! if not grow a stonger stomach lol.
the beer should be added to the burger while cookin, i always make a small divet in the burger with my knuckle and add the beer. i konw its not an exact science but i know you will get it.
